I'm not sure that's possible. WhatsApp allows sending a message through their URL scheme, but I don't think they allow voice calling. See here for some details.

@KillianI think WhatsApp allows voice calling and messages too. You can also track it, but before tracking, you must have knowledge of how to track WhatsApp calls and messages.

I don't think you need a Forge asset for this, as is explained in the link I mentioned above, you can just use a URL to send a message to a certain phone number.

I agree with Kilian, direct voice call not avilabe by WhatsApp, you can redirect on whats app and after that you are able to send sms or call on this number.
