Yes, it is. This is what I did:

1. Installed https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/2537/betaface-facial-recognition-api
2. Installed https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/2538/betaface-demo
3. Make sure all dependencies are also installed.
4. Opened the Betaface Facial Recognition Api Application and refreshed all dependencies, then 1CP
5. Opened the Betaface Demo Mobile App and refreshed all dependencies, then 1CP
6. The API already has the API-key and Secret-Key to the Free license of Beteface, no action needed
7. I generated an android app for Betaface Demo and installed it (it will also work as PWA if you want that)
8. I started the Betaface backend app https://<yourenvironment>/Betaface to register myself as a person and uploaded a photo of myself. You have to change the namespace to something unique (i used my name).
9. Then I tested the mobile App, i was able to take a picture that was validated against the registered picture in the backend. It didn't find a match. But that is not due to OutSystems I think, maybe the Betaface API is not 'smart' enough to do the match.

Long story short, yes the OutSystems applications do work in OS11, if the facial recognition is good, I doubt.

One final comment: the UI of the backend is based on SilkUI with the Liverpool Template, so not the latest OutSystems UI Web. So you need Silk UI also to be installed in your environment.
