Its missing the extension, what can i do to solve this.

Regards.

Hi Filipe,

You can download it from the Forge and install it. https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/7131/jsonutils

Daniel

Hi Daniel, thank you for the effort but when i tried to download it in the Forge, i get "This component was deactivated.".

What is wrong?

I thing out this other thread https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/59989/jsonutils-component-was-deactivated/

Hi Filipe,

Well the team of the component will have to give the answer to this.

But my bet is that is deactivated as it used NewtonSoft JSON Schema library, and that has a paid license, not available as free license.

Regards,

Daniel

Solution

Hello Filipe,

The JSONUtilities is installed with the ConnectorServices dependency, that is shown when installing via Service Studio and that is also shown in the component page:

My belief is that you installed the LinkedIn component only, without considering its dependencies. If you install the dependencies, that will be sorted out.

Cheers!
