[Pushwoosh Plugin Sample] Pushwoosh Sample App not working in our case

Hello,


we don't get the sample working in our environment.


We have a Pushwoosh-Account and entered the APIAccessToken and Application Code into the Sample App.

When we click inside the App on "Send notification to all" we get the message that this was successfull.


But the Notifcation itself is not shown anywhere.


Also when we use the RegisterDevice Action manually, we won't receive a Token.

Furthermore we don't see any registered devices in the Pushwoosh web console.


Do you have any ideas what might be missing?

Hi Armando, hi Daniel,

thank you very much for your quick reply.

The good news it that the plugin started to work by today :-).

So the Push Notifications are shown on the mobile phone.

Didn't figured out the initial reason why it wasn't working in the first place (even in the logs). 

Before we also had "successfull" messages but nothing was shown on the phone.

But again, thanks for your help!

Hello Benny,

Without further data, it's difficult for me to help. If you can share the module where you're doing the logic (either publicly or privately), that will be helpful.

For both platforms, it is important that they are correctly configured in the Pushwoosh Control Panel.

Hi Benny,


Could you please check if you have any entries in the error log related with Pushwoosh?

Please check In ServiceCenter -> Monitoring -> Integrations log if anything is logged there with an error. You can also change the Logging Level from 'Default' to 'Full' inside the Integration tab of the PushwooshPlugin module:



So you can check all the details from pushwoosh API response.
