Sorry I can't share my Application.

its working fine in Development environment, after upgradation from 10 to 11.

but its not working in Testing environment even before and after upgradation

compare both codes but unable to find any difference.

If it is working on DEV and not on TEST you should look into the configurations on the TEST environment. Is there a firewall, virusscanner or something else that might block the uploading of files?

Where is the end-point for uploading pointing to? Is it a hard-coded url or is it a reference? When it is a hard-coded url, you might see the uploaded files on your DEV environment.

Uploading pointing means are you asking about File Process URL?
