Display group by data in reactive web app.

Hi, How can I display this on a web page? Thanks.

Hi Nannu,

Please check this post, and this document and this.

Cheers,

Miguel

Edit: This is another nice document.

Hi Nannu,

When you use group by aggregate only those column will return by Aggregate.

but if you want other column display on a webpage-

1.create a webblock and take one input parameter for Date type.

2. ON this webblock select a aggregate data based on birthdate filter condition

3.display this record on webbolck.

4. use this webblock in webscreen and pass input parameter in this webblock by GroupByAggregate one by one.

5. Other Column display information

Hi Nannu,

Complementing the answers above.

If you would like to show data in this layout, you can use a gridview, it's a little bit complex because you'll need to use a REST to bind the data.

Thanks Leandro, I am using reactive web app and it looks like data grid is only for traditional.

Hi Nannu,

AFAIK there is no such inbuilt feature but check this post with exact same question, it has a solution to merge columns using jquery. You have to fetch the data without group by and use first sort on the column you want to group.

https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/36072/merge-cell-table-record/

This solution steps are also for traditional web app but you can use same script in reactive web app

Make sure only the column that is being merged has the list sort column availbale, you wont be able to sort by other columns!

Hi,

Use Advanced SQL to get that kind of data.

Thanks!
