Normally you would need to remember your username and password.

If this is your personal environment you try to login then use the email address you used when you registered for OutSystems.

Yes Daniel is right, if you forget your username you can login with Email when you provide register time.

If you not remember Username And Email than you need to connect Outsystem Support team.\

Hello Adam.

Try to login in [youraddress].outsystemscloud.com/Users with your credentials from this site.

There you can manage users, change their passwords and give them roles.
