BPM display issue with IE8?
Question

Hi, I was going through the tutorial on BPM, and noticed that the tasks window disappears on my IE8 window after interactive with it, while it persists (as the tutorial implies it will) on Firefox. I think this is the Embedded Process Automation (EPA) capability.

Is this a known cross-brower compatibility problem with IE and EPA?

I'm not really aware with such a problem - but that's not to say it doesn't happen. As we all know, even though times are much better than when we had to worry about correctly supporting IE6, IE7 and Firefox, there still might be some issues to uncover when making things comply correctly with IE7/8, Chrome and Firefox.

I would suggest you take a screenshot of the issue you are facing, and send it over to support@outsystems.com -- they'll be the ones to know if that is a known issue (i.e. if someone has reported it previously), or if you're the first one to bump into it, and how to overcome it.
