Can not download Agile Reporting Services - error message below.
Question

Hello Tony,

Thank you for your interest in ARS.

That sounds like a privilege related issue, so please try opening a command window (CMD) with 'Run as Administrator...' and then
open the .application file from there.

This should do it, but if you need any further assistance feel free to ask.

I've communicated the same errorcode to you yesterday.

Indeed when I run the installer as Administrator, it works fine.

I have administrator priveleges. Is there a reason it does not recognize my rights as administrator?
