Hello again,

I thought that I solved this question already but I realized that I didn't.
I built a screen following the patterns of the demo, but I still have the problem when the PDF has more than one page.  

 I already tried to use page-break in CSS, putting the Header inside a table and nothing works.

Does someone know how can I make it work?
