Reactive Debugger Service Studio Issue
Question

Hi All,

I have Reactive web Application and when I click on Start Debugging i was getting below message shown in Img.

But I have Google Chrome Installed on My System. You can see it in bottom left of the above Img.

Thanks....

Hi Rohan,

I faced the issue some time ago and for my perspective, this is a combination of permissions / outdated versions

What I did to solve this:

1. Check new version of Chrome (chrome://settings/help)

2. If the error persists check the latest version of your service studio:

https://www.outsystems.com/Downloads/search/Development+Environment/11/

Since P11, the service studio updates automatically but if you never close the application that will never upload a new version; so you can check your version (Help > About) close SS and open again and check again the version and try the debug

Help > About

Another alternative is Uninstall and Install again.

3. If it's not working from the steps before, try the Beta version of Service Studio to check if the error persists. For me works fine with Service Studio Beta.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Luís

Hi Rohan,

The debugger works in a different way for Traditional Apps and for Reactive and Mobile Apps.

Here you can check all common errors regarding debugging in Mobile Apps ( same process for Reactive)

https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/11/Reference/Errors_and_Warnings/Errors/Mobile_Debugger_Related_Errors

Another possibility is to check if you're debugging the correct producer. Please follow these instructions below:

https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/11/Developing_an_Application/Troubleshooting_Applications/Debugging_Applications/Debugging_Producer_Modules#pre-requisites

If the error persists, you can open a support case.

Cheers,

Luís
