In the Tag component, hover the mouse and the description appears. 
How do I place a field / balloon to show a description in a dropdown tag?

Hi Isabella,

Is the description text which you want to showcase while hovering the selected dropdown tag, be dynamically populated or is it a selected dropdown Tag Label value?
