I'm new of outsytems.

I can't make sense definition of the portal, CallCenter and Backoffice.

I hope someone who know them teaching me the definition.

 Hi,

Web portal is a software helps us to bring information from multiple sources line  departments, customers and suppliers etc. 

Call Center or Back Office or BPO they use such kind of Web Portal or you can say CRM [Customer Relationship Management] for maintaining their customer information for communication purpose.
