this component has actions for leads and all....how can i use this for my custom types other than contacts, leads, address....!!!!! does this work for my scenario.

THANKS.

While I can't speak to this component specifically, we use the Salesforce Connector forge component for both Reactive & Traditional web applications with ~15 custom data entities, within this forge component you can add in each new custom object as a structure that and set of actions relevant to each object like you would with OutSystems entities or External SQL databases.

 Thanks for your reply.

Actually I was also looking at salesforce connector. We have a sandbox environment for salesforce and the serverurl goes like this "https://test.salesforce.com/xxxxxxxxx". Do we need to replace the "https://login.salesforce/xxxx" in extension code (SForce) with above one and publish or should I pass the serverurl(test.salesforce) from salesforceconnectorDemo module?

I was not able to get authenticated with my credentials when I updated login.salesforce url with my test.salesforce url in extension code of SForce extension(through visual studio)

May I please know the changes that I need to make so that I can use my sandbox user credentials and security token.

When you created your custom objects , did you make any changes to SForce extenion or Salesforce_connector modules at all.

I am fairly new to outsystems.

Thanks a lot.

Before I address your question I have one for you - do you plan on developing in Traditional Web, Reactive Web, or Both? The Authentication flows differ due to the way that OS handles sessions between the two.

You don't need to update the Extension code within the SF Connector - you will put your ServerURL in the Site Properties within the data tab of Service Center, this will allow you to set a new Server URL for each environment as you promote the OS module to production:
