When I attempt to cancel an upload in the Office Space Manager Bootstrap module it will not remove/cancel the upload. When I click on "Cancel Load" the file continues to attempt to load in the background.

I talked with the component owners and they are aware of this issue. This will be fixed in the next version release.
Having a quick look at what you shared and the code, it seems the error might come from the BootstrapFile_Save server action.
