Hello,
last thursday (20/8), I schedulled an exam for one of my workers and by mistake I have chosen to take it on the 22/8 3:45 AM. I realised my mistake imediatelly and tried to reschedule it, but always got an error trying to do it.
I have asked the candidate to try to take the exam anyway on 22/8, but when he did it, he got an error message saying it was expired.
We tried to ask for their help via chat, but they were unable to help in that channel and asked us to contact by phone.
I tried for 2 times to reach them, but after waiting arround 30 minutes (and arround 50€ of phone balance) I gave up.
Now I am also not able to create/schedule a new exam (even if I want to pay for a new one) because in outsystems page I only have option for reschedule, which then it takes me to reschedule page of prometric where we got the error.
I already sent an email to taining, but with no answer so far.
We are lost here with no support and with some urgency to take the exam.

Best thing to do here is sending an email to training@outsystems.com or open a support case like Mahesh suggests. I'm sure the training team will help you resolve your issue in some way.
