[Service Manager] issue in creating incident

I am trying to create a new incident and its created successfully. But the created incidents are not showing under incident list. Where as the incidents with high priority is showing in dashboard. Attached screenshots FYR.

Hi Deepthi,

In the incident list page the query to fetch the incidents has a filter of logged in Userid , You will only see the incidents on which are assigned to you or you are the owner of the inciodent.

Also in dashboard page there is no such condition.
