Does anyone know if the Outsystems Plataform 4.2 or 5.1 is compatible with Office 2010?

What I need to know is if files saved in Office 2010 can be imported by Outsystems Aplications in Outsystems Platform 4.2 or 5.2 with success? :)

Absolutely!

Office 2010 actually uses the exact same file formats as Office 2007, which is officially supported.

I am personally using Office 2010 and have already uploaded a number of Office 2010 excel files with no issues whatsoever.
