There is not one such build-in command available to do that.

You would have to code this table by table, and there are many things to consider, like relationships, data volume etc.

There are some Forge components that can help you to export to for example csv that can be loaded into Excel.

Then there are commercial products (also available on the Forge) like Coolprof's Cool Data Mover or the Infosistema's Data Migration Manager Tool (DMM).
