Our environment (On premises / Enterprise )is occuerd an error.

The error details is as shown below.

We have two environments (PRD & DEV), but the error occurs only in PRD environment.

Solution

Looks like this issue is not with Outsystems.

I suggest you to verify Load Balancer configurations.
