Process Monitoring only shows you processes which have not been removed from Service Studio, so that's why you cannot remove them.
You can however eliminate them from the Database. My suggestion is using DBCleaner On Steroids component which provides you features like deleting processes. See screenshot below for an example on how to do it using this component:

I tried this but still I am seeing that 2 instances are active after deleting it.
Have you tried the Delete All option a number of weeks compatible with your processes in error?
