I've managed to replicate the error. The problem is that your APIKey or APISecret is not set correctly in the Site Properties. You have to go to ServiceCenter and validate that the Effective Value has the exact same value as your shown in your Vonage Video dashboard.

I have verified my API keys, they are as same as in the Vonage Video dashboard. 

Did i miss any configuration in the Vonage dashboard?

Hi Ellakkiya,

Sometime a space or newline gets into the siteproperty. Can you check that there are none present in the value of the api key and secret? The best way to do this is by going into edit modus of the site property and with your cursor go to the end of the value. Your cursor should have no whitespaces (should not go any further) then the last character of the value. 

I just tested it, it gives the same error.

But still error exist.
