Hi,


Do you use personal environment or enterprise environment ?

Personal environment (free edition) cannot do detach.

Enterprise environment, can be detached, when you notified Outsystems that you will not continue to subscribe, then Outsystems will enable the detach button.

I think it will answer your questions.

Unsubscribing to OutSystems means you stop the contract you have with OutSystems. You need to contact your OutSystems sales representative for that.

Detach only can be done when you stop your outsystems subscription.

Also only from production environment (I notice on your screenshot is on development environment)
