ultimate pdf showing access denied during pdf generation.

Hi Team,

I am using ultimate pdf to generate PDF report from a traditional web screen, but when I run it is dowing a PDF file with the below content :

"Access denied" Error description: Logon failed due to server configuration.

At screen level I have given Anonymous (checked on) access, but still giving access denied.

Could you please help me how to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Hello Madhu, 

Is this page accessible externally?  Do this test, try to access it externally (on your mobile phone, on another network, offline vpn)

Also try with an external URL, like www.outsystems.com, and see if the same error returns.

Do not forget that the request is made on a separate connection.

Hello Huarlem Lima,

I tried to open the URL in my mobile but it was no opening (The site can't be reached).

Even I have tried with Html2Pdf convertor forge component to generate the pdf, then also it is showing the same error : "Access denied" Error description: Logon failed due to server configuration. 

Pleas help how to resolve this, I am using a resticted network in my project. Thank you.
