I need to upload and download files on IBM Cloud Object Storage, but the conector is not in the forge component, in Node.JS I use skipper-s3, what can I do ?

It has several SDKs

Java, Pyhton and Node.js you cannot use to integrate with OutSystems, the IBM Cloud Object Storage API is the only easy way to integrate. Read the how to connect to ibm cloud object storage page.
