Hi hongjun,

If you are using a free account as you say (Personal environment), you should first select the option "I have a free account" and then you won't have to specify an environment.

In any case, the inputs should be enabled if you are on the "Enterprise account" mode.

Regards,
João

Hi,João thank you very much. Even if i choose the option "I have a free account" , the email textbox is nothing displayed and the "Log in" button is can't be clicked. The same is true for the "Enterprise account" mode. Regards.

The login button will only be enabled when you fill something in the Email and password fields so you need to write the email associated to your OutSystems account and the respective password.

If you cannot write anything on the Email and password fields (and your keyboard is working fine), I would try first reinstall OutSystems Development Environment. If that doesn't work, I would try restart the PC and install a previous version from OutSystems Development Environment.

I  installed three previous version, all of them is NG.

finally i disable the driver for the display adapter and it will work.

thank you very much for your advise.
