I didn't find any action from the server to do this, I need to reply to the client in the same email he sent me. I did some search and they said on put the Message-Id in the Header of the email, but where would this Header be?

You can try adding the header using the AddHeader action from HTTPRequestHandler in the Preparation from the email:
