504 Gateway Timeout when uploading records from excel

Hi All,

I am getting 504 Gateway Timeout Error when I tried uploading 4000+ records from excel to my web app. Is it mainly related to response issue? Because other upload windows dont have the flow to check the records against themselves in the excel to prevent duplicate records, only this particular window has implemented the flow to check that condition. 

p.s Couldn't attach the oml as it is part of enterprise thing.

Hello,

If you are trying to upload the data into bulk, please try to use the bulk insert component from the forge. It might be using this component will resolve your timeout issue.
