In my mobile application, I want to add download PDF file function with Japanese language. Can give me recommend which one of Forge will be proper with my application.

You may try using this component in the web side and allow web services to download the PDF in Mobile App: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/209/html2pdfconverter


There is component to use directly in Mobile App too but I am not sure about its working: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/9837/pdf-generator-downloader-plugin

 First you need to convert your HTML screen output to Japanese language and the you can use HTMLTOPDF Converter forge components, that will work.
