·What I want to do

I'm now trying to create very simple FAQ chat bot. My attached excel file (QA.xlsx) has sample questions and answers.

I want to manage Q&A in imported Excel data entity in Data tab.


·what I did 

I tried to make it with AI chat bot component, but it didn't work. I wonder if I need to use Azure.


i attached my oml file. I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at it and then give me some advice.

i hope someone has made FAQ chat bot with Excel Data entity..

I want to manage Questions and Answers in a data entity. I write down Q&A as my attached Excel file and then import it to Service studio as a data entity.


I'd be happy to take advantage of some easy FAQ chat bot.
