Is ckEditor using other OSSs?

I created an application including ckEditor,
and when inspected with a check tool that detects vulnerabilities and license violations,
the possibility of using Moodle and Oracle APEX was pointed out.

Both of them use ckEditor, so I think they made a false positive,
but can you tell me if you have OSSs used by ckEditor?
