How can I achieve Dropdown which consists of images on a mobile app?

You don't place the image there. When you select custom, you can set an image widget with your binary as the widget tree on the screenshot I shared above.

You can not use Image in drop down but if you want to choose particular image from drop down then you can link image with other text and use that text in drop down and display the particular image based on selected name.

You have to turn the propert Options Content to Custom and then you can define the list in a custom way inclusive with image widgets from the list, like in the example below:

I tried to create as you mentioned i gave the options value to image but for variable it is showing error that binary data required and when i gave binary then it shows following error
