To summarize, the following email features are now built-in the OutSystems platform:

design your dynamic emails in a Rich Email email designer
that guarantees compatibility with the most common emails clients;

send emails from your actions flows

Note: In OutSystems versions previous to 5.0 the
eMailServices
component
was used to send emails from OutSystems applications. Given that this capabilitiy is now built-in the platform,
you should no longer use it for email dispatching.
Of course, you can still use it for its remaining features (eg. Pop3 integration).
