Did you test on the browser as well?
On my side, I tested on the browser and also on mobile and worked on it both. The problem with mobile is the camera is working is the front camera e, not the back.
Try to debug the app to see if you can get the problem.

I used your oml without any change.
You need to give permissions on the browser to use the camera.
Try to use the incognito mode.
