Compatibility issue with 11th gen Intel processors with Iris Xe

Hello everyone

Recently, a few customers reported some incidents related to an Intel driver incompatibility with OS, so I would like to share some details about this issue and how to solve it. 

Trying to login into a Service Studio installed on a laptop with Intel 11th gen processor and Iris Xe Graphics, it is not possible to input any information. The input fields are unresponsive (Service Studio not responding).

These incidents are related to Hardware Acceleration and Intel drivers, so by disabling Hardware Acceleration in Windows, everything returns to normal.

After disabling the graphic driver. My laptop cant be extended via hdmi, not does it able to control the brightness. Do we have other solutions?

Don't disable the graphics driver, just disable hardware acceleration
