Recently, a few customers reported some incidents related to an Intel driver incompatibility with OS, so I would like to share some details about this issue and how to solve it.
SymptomsTrying to login into a Service Studio installed on a laptop with Intel 11th gen processor and Iris Xe Graphics, it is not possible to input any information. The input fields are unresponsive (Service Studio not responding).
SolutionThese incidents are related to Hardware Acceleration and Intel drivers, so by disabling Hardware Acceleration in Windows, everything returns to normal.
