Outsystems Developer

Boa tarde,

Solution

Hi Goncalo Almeida,

Thank you for the assistance.

Upon further search I found this article by Outsystems which corrected the situation:

You're welcome.

Your screenshot is not clear if it's a personal or enterprise environment, so my post is the workaround is for personal environments, in the Enterprise version you can do it with lifetime.

Glad you solve your problem.

Hi, thank you for the quick answer

I made a mistake and deleted the admin account of the outsystems user management, is it possible to recover the admin user account or at least to create a new one?

Olá João.

Não apagaste o user apenas o inativaste.

Podes fazer o download desta app: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/461/multitenant-management

You didn't delete the user, you just inactivated it.

You can download this app: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/461/multitenant-management

Then in the servicestudio you open the app and place the screens all as anonymous and publish.

In the application, you enter tenant users and search for inactive users where that administrator is and place it again as active.
