[In-App Chat Mobile] Double tick should occur only when the end user had network on and seen the message

In my case am using firebase mobile for Chat Message (In-App Chat)Mobile send and receive a Message, Here when am sending a message the receiver will receive the message. "If the receiver has the network then I'll show the double tick for the sender If he saw the Message then I'll Show double Blue tick for the sender" Like (WhatsApp). This is working fine.

But, Now "If the receiver does not turn on the network or not having the network then I Should show only the Single tick instead of the double tick to the sender" . Kindly provide the solution if you are aware of it.
