I want to ask, has anyone implemented IBM ISAM (Security Access Manager) as a login system on mobile outsystems and websites?

I see in the forge there is still no IBM ISAM forge. Then I was curious to ask, can this Azure ADAL forge be modified and become a forge for IBM ISAM login?
