but now, I dont have any Idea what next to do. Please help.

No one tutorial/ exercise or video would be able to cover all aspects of mobile app development, but the following article is a good next step for hands on exercises.

Thereafter, a quick google search on building mobile apps using OutSystems yields quite a few interesting results to choose from.
