I have completed my training but my training score is not getting updated.. After clicking on I'm done button also still the course progress displays only 25% of course as completed..

Hi Marcio the green tick is only displayed for quiz in my case.. Even though I have completed the other videos as well..

That's awkward! What they do is, every time you see a video, you get one point, try one thing. Try to memorize, or save anywhere the points you have today. See some videos, or finish a course(i don't know if you are currently studying, but if so, finish one more) and wait to see if tomorrow the points change. It's not normal behavior. If it continues to not update, you must create a ticket to OutSystems.
But the normal situation is, you see the videos and do the courses today, and just tomorrow you will get the points from yesterday('today')
Hi I have completed my course.. I was facing problem only with the course progress.. That's done yesterday but I dont know how my training score is so less and profile score is not updated only forum score is updated..
Do you know the points you get, for profile, courses, etc?
Memorize your points from today, and see if anything changes tomorrow, but you need to win some points to see the changes :D

That's good, to get points from your profile, you need to fill everything. You are going to get also a badge after fill all the information on your profile. Right now, I can see that you don't have, soo, you didn't fill all the information yet.
Yes Some information is missing in profile.. So may be its not yet updated still..
How do you mark the exercises as complete? They don't get the green mark after going to "next lesson", and they don't have "done" button.
My progress is up to date after clearing cache (cookies) on Chrome. Just this solved my problem. Finally my modules are marked as done.
