I have passed the Mobile Developer Specialization exam yesterday, I have received only a scorecard via email. I am unable to find a certificate and badge in the My profile section. when it will be available any idea? even I have raised this to the support team, but no response from their side yet.

In my case, my exam cert and my profile badge were uploaded into my outsystems profile around 1 week later.

It will be take 24/48 hours. In my case, I got my certificate after 24 hours, also you will get badge at same time.

Normally certificate got released in max 24hours. In your case, don't worry, you just need to write to Outsystems on support@outsystems.com and training@outsystems.com with your registered email id, the team will help you.
Same thing was happened with me as well I got reply from support within 10 hours and my certificate got reflected.

Congratulations! If you have not already seen it yourself, well... it's visible now.
Note, Specializations are not visible in the main section of your profile, like the Certifications are (red colored badges). They are instead, tucked away under 'Learn' and mentioned under 'Badges'.

Guys, please I need you to answer me I got confused, thinking I scheduled my exam for 3 pm, when I actually scheduled it for 3 am. Could you please reschedule it, I don't have the financial conditions to reschedule this test.

First thing for your question raised new thread because your question is irrelevant in this thread
And secondly
As far as I know there is no way if you have not money to reschedule because there is clearly mention you need to reschedule before 14 days of exam else need to pay 25%
But for try you can check with support team may be they will only help you in this scenario
Else you need to give pn 3AM that is only option you have

If you have not raise any support ticket please first do that
