I'd like to know if it is possible to boot up the .exe of an app by pressing a button on browser.

Let's say you have the shortcut of exe file in a local folder on Desktop like below.

Then you press a button"Boot Up" to run .exe, and the app of that exe boots up.

I wonder if it's possible to implement the above function.

Are you familiar with that or do you have any ideas?

It'd be nice if you could give me some advice.
