Hi, the component uses the OpenTok.js version 2.16.6. This version was discontinued in 2020. The current stable version is the 2.20.1, is there intention to update the version?

Hi Marco, 

We have updated and published the newest Vonage APIs Reactive asset with the latest SDK version: OpenTok.js 2.21.6 and tested the dependent Reactive Demo application in our local env, and it is working as expected. So could you please try with the latest version at your end and confirm the same.

Hi,

we are using the Vonage API to reactive and it stopped working with the following message:

"Unable to subscribe to stream in a reasonable amount of time"

I suppose it must be related, in some way, to the code component that makes the call. The Web tradicional component is working...

there anything that changed? I don't know if anyone can give any input that might help

Hi there,


I am trying to send a basic text from my Reactive app. I created an account in Vonage, I have an account Key, API secret and I know how to create an application Public Key. But can not figure out how to create a simple Send event that would use my from, To and Message using this service. Do you have a sample you could share?

Sorry for the late response. The mentioned use case (i.e. Send Message) is addressed in the Demo application implementation attached with the Vonage APIs Reactive forge asset. 

You can download the demo application from the forge asset page and check the implementation.
