These kind of issues are the most difficult to tackle, because they mostly are related to a DLL conflict. 99% of the time a full republish will fix the issue, but if this doesn't work, you have to look into the error logs (OutSystems and Windows Server) to pinpoint the problem.
Since the problem only occurs on the On-Premise environment, it could easily be related to something that is installed there, but not on the OutSystems Cloud.
