you can download it and you are able to make changes in it as you want or as per your requirement.

Then accordingly you can import your data into the project.

@Ajit Kurane Can you explain how to edit / import Assignees ? I think it needs to be done in Sample_UserExtended, but this doesn't seem to be editable:
