Can the Microsoft Login Connector  be used in a Mobile app?
Is this use case supported?

I believe YES, tho I haven't tried yet. You can use the Client Actions available from the component in your mobile app.
Existing documentation should be useful too. InAppBrowser could be used to open the MS Login Link then the process should be the same as the reactive demo.
