How can I add alternate icon information (CFBundleAlternateIcons) to the iOS native info.plist ?

I am implementing a plugin to change app icon in runtime, but the icon information needs to be set in the app's info.plist as well as the resources added to the bundle.

is this possible through the mobile extensibility configurations?

Can I get an example if it is possible?
