We have Lifetime 11.0.212 installed, which controls all our environments, and we manage Service Center users through it.
My question is, can a user change their own password? If yes, how?

Hi Marios,,
If user has lifetime access then, you can click user management then select user and click edit user and in pwd and confirm confirm pwd field you can set your new password.
