When will I get refund if I am cancelling the certification exam

Hi,

I have registered for taking Professional Certification exam and now I got a voucher from my company. I have cancelled the exam that I had registered. I wanted to know what would be the possible duration to get the refund amount?

Hi Shreelakshmi,


If I read correctly the information on the FAQ on the bottom of the certification page, you only get a refund if you have cancelled up to 15 days prior of the exam.

 

If that's the situation and you think you should have already received it by now, I would contact OutSystems Support, given that no indication is given about how long it would take for the refund to take place.

My exam is 7 days away. I had to cancel due to profile name not complete as per id card. It showed $175 refund while raising cancel request. Waiting for the refund.
