We are using window.open(URL,'_system') to open browser but pop up in webpages inside this browser window doesn't work or may be getting blocked. Is there any way by which I can allow those pop ups to open in the same browser window.

Can you explain more or attach your OML here?
Did you called the web block on that particular screen, and use events and handler for it.
Can you elaborate more please.
